Beliefs are an invisible chains by which you bind yourself

“ Beliefs are the reality we create for ourself”

- Unknown

Storytime –

I always remember a story when I think about beliefs that you may have heard already.

It’s a story of a kid elephant who was tied to a small and weak rope.

He tried his best but couldn’t break that rope since he was just a small baby.

But the twist in-game is that the elephant that can shatter thick trees like biscuits

is not able to break a small piece of rope.

The Reason –

The reason is his beliefs that were created when he was a baby,

he tried his best but could not break them but even after he became big, he stopped trying because of the past memory.

The reason is not its inability or capacity but the belief that sprouted when he was a child.

My Story –

The same thing happens to us if I take the example of myself – I am from a lower-middle-class family in India.

Just like the rest of Asian families, mine is also too skeptical and controlling, that’s how they show their love because they were raised like this by their parents and so on.

Due to a lack of education and knowledge, people here don’t know much about psychology ad how they are damaging their children unknowingly.

I was most often times screamed at loudly and punished for doing small mistakes.

This is the reason I was having low self-esteem and a very bad self-image of myself.

Although I have multiple god-given qualities, I was only aware of negative things and the skepticism transferred to my brain from my parents.

I was in a state where I stopped talking and live the rest of the day in my room, don’t know where to turn to.

I have good friends but I could not actually say these things to them due to the shame of making fun so I kept quiet.

After school I was not ready for life then I was pushed to college and during that time I was mostly bunking my college.

Me Helping Me –

But I have always had a keen interest in psychology and spiritualism but I could not take this career under the pressure from society and my parents.

I have studied books on psychology & spiritualism from free pdf in google and

also consistently looking for answers in zen and Indian culture such as Bhagwat Geeta, scriptures looking for answers to end mental suffering.

Then I came across some wonderful people on the internet such as j Krishnamurti, Eckhart Tolle,  Apj Abdul kalam, and Robert Kiyosaki, etc.

I also did meditation only to find the stupidity of wrong concepts that are spread about ourselves.

The basic questions like who we are and what is the purpose of life are all messed up by fake gurus and a method of stupidity called meditation.

Meditation is just like a joke either you get it or not, there is no method.

And beliefs are not real, you created them so you can always break them.

It is just required the right support from people around you to keep you remembering your strengths in difficult times.

which you have already inside you, you just don’t notice due to the wrong beliefs similar to the adult elephant in a rope.

The reality of our society –

If some other animal pushed the elephant, he can break the whole rope without effort that’s how should society should be.

But people are already jealous of other people and their own suffering that they

feel good by demoralizing others and criticizing those who need support and help.

Even teachers only care about homework and their salary, I call them fake teachers because they teach which they don’t even use in real life.

People are still living like how animals are living in a jungle, just the forest becomes concrete.

The beginning of a change –

That’s why I started this blog to create a support system for people like me and started a youtube channel.

because I had nobody to guide me so I thought there must be millions of people just like me also,

Who needs someone to just say “yes you can” with assertiveness and genuine care?

I always remember the quote from Mahatma Gandhi.

“Be the change you want to see in this world”

Unfortunately, I could not find people around me to give that support

“So I become one for myself and you can too”.
